Information collected

This website does not include lead forms, so we do not collect names, messages, or emails through a web form. If you choose to email or call us, we receive whatever you send by those ordinary channels. Server logs operated by a host may record IP address, browser type, and requested URL for security and uptime.

If you accept optional cookies, a preference is stored in localStorage on your device under a brand-prefixed key. We do not run a form-submission database.

Retention

Email correspondence is kept only as long as needed to answer the request and to meet Thai record-keeping duties, then deleted or archived with access limited to staff. Server logs follow the host’s rotation, typically weeks rather than years.
