Refund Policy

This website does not run checkout. If you book a briefing, you arrange payment directly with the desk after a call or email, usually by a method confirmed in writing. The notes below apply to those off-site arrangements, not to a cart that does not exist here.

Briefings that have not started

If you cancel a scheduled drop-week briefing, primer, literacy session, or circle seat at least 24 hours before the agreed time, the fee is returned in full by the same method originally used.

Briefings already delivered

Written checklists and completed calls are the work product. Fees for a finished session are not returned because the reading work cannot be unused. If we fail to deliver a confirmed slot because the office closed, we return the fee or offer a replacement date, at your choice.

Listing postponements

If a Marvel NFT comics drop is publicly postponed, we rewrite the checklist against the new time at no extra charge for that same listing. That rewrite is not a refund event.

Software

The optional local journal utility is described as a record-keeping aid. This site does not sell installers and does not take software checkout. There is therefore no digital-goods refund through this domain.
